RESIDENTIAL & COMMERCIAL SERVICES

Free Inspections &Honest Estimates

At Trinity Restoration & Roofing, our experienced Project Managers will inspect your roof for free and provide you with a detailed, personalized report complete with photos and no-obligation estimates. There’s no pressure—our goal is to deliver exceptional service and give you the information needed to make the best decision for your home. If you’re experiencing any of the following issues, it’s time to schedule your free inspection:

  • Missing or damaged shingles: Look for shingles that are cracked, curling, or completely missing from your roof.
  • Age of the roof: If your roof is nearing or surpassing its expected lifespan (typically 20-25 years for asphalt shingles), it might be time for a replacement.
  • Leaks or water damage: Check for water stains on your ceilings, walls, or in the attic. Persistent leaks could signal underlying roof issues.
  • Excessive granule loss: An excessive amount of granules from the shingles in your gutters or around your property could indicate aging or deteriorating shingles.
  • Sagging or uneven roof surface: A visibly sagging or uneven roof may signal structural problems that should be addressed promptly.
  • Increased energy bills: Rising energy bills might suggest poor insulation or ventilation, which could be addressed with a roof replacement.
  • Mold or moss growth: Mold, moss, or algae on your roof can indicate trapped moisture and potential damage.
  • Constant repairs: Frequent repairs may suggest that investing in a roof replacement could be more cost-effective in the long run.
  • Visible signs of damage: Look for cracking, blistering, rot, or decay on your roof. These issues can undermine the integrity and functionality of your roof.
